Hello , i'm looking for some one who is full stuck app development "java or flutter." to create a simple app for car breakdown service ( where user look for the nearest truck to carry his car in case of accident or breakdown in the car in ALGERIA only ) 1- simple registration page as you can see in attachment. 2- profile for both clients and the service offer ( phone does not show up for both , it show on chat between them only ) 3- clients can see the available offers status online at the time he need it, and the price of the service for each service providers filtering from low to high price and can filter province in search tab. 4- notifications. 4- GPS for both and it show location and direction from x to y. ( not necessary is the price of development is high this option is negotiable ) 6. Implement a feedback mechanism for users to rate and review the service providers. ( not necessary is the price of development is high this option is negotiable ) payment options : CASH. 7- the app is in ARABIC ( i can provide Translation for each page might add another lang later .) Note : the database should be in MYsql in different hosting due to inability to use google cloud. i can provide the logo or any design needed ( not front of the app ) i'm looking for an understanding person with an experience and the lowest price possible as i will continue to work with him with the admin panel of the application. thanks.
